Earl Nightengale's formula

DEMAND - How much demand is there for what you do?
ABILITY - How able are you to meet the demand?
DIFFICULTY TO REPLACE - How hard would it be to replace you right now?

Demand: There is a HIGH demand for a fitness program that delivers hardcore fitness in a creative, fun, and inspiring environment. There is high demand for a fitness coach with the experience, skill, and character to lead others to their fitness dreams and beyond.

Ability: My ability to meet the demand is very high. I have created an environment where folks can finally go for it and really succeed in their fitness goals. My team continues to push their fitness levels past what they ever dreamed possible.

Difficulty to replace: Darn near impossible. There are very few coaches who are able to bring a diverse group of people together to create a dedicated fitness team and a supporting and inspiring community.

Outcome: I love working with my clients. I pre-qualify all prospects and as a result have a very dedicated crew who works hard, is inspiring, and loves to stretch their limits. I physically work/train 12 hours a week, early mornings only, have a built a six-figure business and have only scratched the surface.

#3 What I want

What do you Want?
What do you want from this program?
What do
you want from your business in the next 6 months?
What will have made
the financial, time and effort investment worthwhile?
I want to be able to take my proven talent and capability as a trainer, coach, and mentor to the next level.

I want to stop feeling like I’m “winging it”.

My life has been an amazing free run.

My life and my business are at a growth cap.
It needs organization, systems, employees, vision, and more in order to reach beyond its current status into unlimited potential.

I am a leader and a coach to my team members (clients).
I want to lead and coach a team of fitness professionals in order to grow my local business.

I’m all about local impact.
I love my fitness team, we have created an amazing community and I want to continue to build it.

I want my business success to carry-over into my life with my wife and kids.
We both work, split child care duties and run the house.
I want to elicit outside help with some of our day-to-day function without taking from our quality time with the kids.
I want to spend more time with my wife laughing, loving and being silly.
We are so overwhelmed with day-to-day operations.

In 6 months I want to be able to take a day off to do whatever I want.
This may be to socialize, or make a business trip, play, read, discover…
I enjoy my life, I appreciate that I get to do what I love to do every day…
But I realize I have only scratched the surface to greatness.

I want to live my life to it’s worth.

“A man's worth is no greater than his ambitions.”

Mission #2

"Make a blog posting about how much you think you're worth (that can be by the hour or annually, I don't care) and tell me why."

My Worth...

At certain moments and times my worth and my value are so important that I know I must let go of all other expectations and issues in my life to focus on the moment. At those times I'm priceless. My value in simply being present in the moment is beyond worth.

I understand how important each opportunity is to teach, coach and lead....as well as listen, learn, and love.

I make an amazing impact on my Fitness team. The ripple like effect goes on forever.

My team believes in my ability to enable their goals, their dreams.People in my life trust my character, my integrity, my passion and my commitment.

How do you put a number on something like that?

My classes cost $197 a month.
I'm worth that and a whole lot more.
How much?
Who knows?

I’ve done the Think and Grow Rich number exercise and it lacked something for me.

I'm committed to follow the path to excellence, to never compromise my core values, to always be passionate...

What does the highest paid fitness coach get paid by the hour or annually?

That's what I'm worth to my clients.

They wouldn’t trade me for another coach or a pot of gold.

Day One Success Blog

We had our first call today in the Dax Moy Mentoring Program.
The first assignment was to set up a Blog to track the progress of my growth.

This mentorship has come at a great time in my life.
So many lessons from my unique life's path have come to light in this past year.

For me...as of Today...This mentorship is all about impact.

What can I learn and what can I do in order to continue to make an impact in the lives of those I come in contact with?
How can I do this at a bigger scale?
How can I become more effective and efficient?
How can I become a better coach?

Well one way is to find a mentor with integrity...
Check.
;-)

This journey is as much about my family:

My Wife...
My 2 kids...
My Fitness Team...

I am grateful for the opportunity to do what I LOVE to do each and every day.

I continue to attract amazing people and opportunities in my life.

I want to continue my evolution...to explore the unlimited possibilities that lie ahead.
